Discord

Discord is three things for Nineholds at once. It is the login, because your Discord account is what you sign in with. It is the way in, because invitations come from the team there. And it is where support happens.

Once you are in

• Read the rules first. The Terms of Service are the written version.
• Ask in the support channel when something goes wrong, and paste the exact text of the error. Every launcher refusal is written to be reported, and the text is more useful than a screenshot.
• Your Discord account is your login. The launcher opens your own browser on Discord's page and you approve it there; nothing is typed into the launcher. The team adds your account to the whitelist by hand, so if the launcher says you are not on this server's list, say which account you signed in with.
